History
Leonhart was founded in 1949, with its current management team being the fourth generation to continue this family owned business. They produce one of the highest quality, tournament style foosball tables in the world. The original tables featured wooden players, as seen in the image below.

For over 70 years, Leonhart has stayed true to using only the best materials, and ensuring their tables are built by well-trained craftsmen that follow strict quality control processes. All Leonhart tables are traditionally handcrafted, with up to 18 different employees involved in the production.
Leonhart Factory Tour

German Engineering & Construction
You can trust the quality of Leonhart foosball tables because all individual parts are built in Germany, with no outsourcing to other countries. Their parts have been tested and improved for decades with an importance placed on durability. Unlike other foosball tables, it is highly unlikely that parts such as players, bumpers or bearings will break during gameplay.
The play-surface has been carefully engineered to include the right combination of grip and speed in game-play.
A moisture protection band is placed at the corner of the play-surface and side-walls which protects the table from damage due to spilt drinks. On the off-chance that liquid ends up on the table, it is very easy to clean it up without any damage that would occur on lower quality foosball tables.
The players are specially hardened and unbreakable, so they can withstand even the toughest games. They are also counterbalanced, with additional weight in the head in order to remain upright during singles matches. All tables sold through our shop come with the newest version of the tournament KL players, which were released in April, 2021 and will be used at all ITSF sanctioned tournaments starting in 2022.
The rods are made from an exclusive metal alloy, which paired with their patented bearings, provides a unique player experience.
The bearings have evolved over more than 50 years to improve the quality and durability. Even with significant pressure on the rods, the plastic bearings always slide effortlessly. In April, 2021 Leonhart released a new split-bearing which makes it possible to remove the rods much more quickly to easy transport. These new bearings have no noticeable difference to the feel of the table compared to the standard whole-bearings. The split-bearings come installed on all Leo Tournament tables sold through our shop, and some Leo Professional tables.
The pro bumpers that come on all Leonhart tables sold through our shop are reinforced making them extremely durable, and almost never need to be replaced.
The plastic handles have been optimized for use in professional sports. Even in longer games, it sits comfortably in your hand and prevents unwanted slipping. We still suggest using wraps on the handles to give you an even better grip during competitive matches.
The net has been designed to produce a uniquely satisfying sound each time a goal is scored. The transparent frame, allows spectators to see goals scored from every angle.
The game and timeout counters are built into each Leonhart foosball table, making it simple to keep track of the score and how many timeouts each team has used during the game.
The adjustable legs give the Leonhart foosball table support and stability on almost any surface. They are quite heavy to ensure extra robustness for those more serious competitive matches.

Foosball Table Models
Leonhart manufactures various foosball table models, with the Leo Professional and Tournament models being their highest quality competition tables. Leonhart is an official partner of the International Table Soccer Federation (ITSF). The Leo Tournament model is the ITSF official competition table used at ITSF tournaments. The Leo Sport model is the ITSF official training table which has some slight differences to the Leo Tournament, making it less expensive.
Leonhart Professional Coin-op
The Leonhart Professional Coin-op foosball table is arguably the best competitive foosball table in the world! With renowned German engineering, this solid wood foosball table is the epitome of perfection for competitive foosball matches. This model is an International Table Soccer Federation (ITSF) official foosball table, used in the World Cup and other ITSF sanctioned tournaments.
This model comes with a coin mechanism built-in, which accepts Canadian Loonies. These tables come pre-set for $1.00 (or $2.00) per game, making it a great option for bars, restaurants, recreation centres, or any other public location looking to earn some passive income, while giving their customers something fun to do. By organizing one event per week with an average of twenty participants, owners can expect to pay off their table within 12 months. With basic maintenance, these tables can last for 8-12 years due to their incredible durability.
Leonhart Tournament
The Leonhart Tournament foosball table is the exact same build as the version above, except without the coin mechanism. This model is the ITSF official competition foosball table, used in the World Cup and other ITSF sanctioned tournaments.

Leonhart Sport
The Leonhart Sport foosball table is extremely similar to the Tournament model except for the following minor differences:
About 20 lbs lighter due to no concrete added to the legs; and
Rods are slightly lighter due to a thinner gauge.
This foosball table is an ITSF Official Training table, perfect for practicing in preparation for Leonhart tournaments.
International Players
Canadian competitive foosball players who have travelled to Europe for tournaments love this table. Although there are clearly differences, when compared to the other ITSF official tables, the Leo Tournament table is most similar to the Tornado T-3000 Silver model.
